Nocturnes

This fall, the MAS will be dancing! During four dance nocturnes, Antwerp dance communities ranging from Bollywood dance, tango, pole dancing to dabke and Gregorian dance will provide a program full of workshops, performances, and talks.

Stories by pupils

Together with parents and the MAS, arts organisation De Veerman organises an annual writing competition for primary school pupils called 'De Wondere Pluim'. Children get to write a story inspired by an object from our collection.

A glimpse of the collection

FREE ENTRANCE | The MAS collection numbers almost 600,000 pieces. Part of it can be admired in the exhibitions, the rest is carefully stored in various depots. In the free accessible Visible Storage, you can take a peek behind the scenes. Varied and surprising partial presentations provide a constantly changing view of the collection.
