The MAS collection comprises more than 600,000 objects relating to art, cultural traditions, and the history of the city and port of Antwerp. It also covers overseas shipping and trade, as well as art, cultural traditions, and history in Europe, Asia, Africa, America, and Oceania. The collection tells stories about Antwerp, the port, and the world. About the world connected to Antwerp and about the world in Antwerp.
We are happy to loan items from our collection in order to make them known to a wider audience, to stimulate new research, and to promote the connection between the heritage community and the collection.
