Programme
Performances

Joffrey Anane | 7 – 7.15 pm, 7.45 – 8 pm and 8.30 – 8.45 pm
Renowned dancer and choreographer Joffrey Anane created a brand-new choreography especially for Universal Tongue at the MAS. Inspired by the diversity of styles, rhythms and gestures in the video installation, Joffrey developed a performance that translates this global dance vocabulary into the here and now.
Together with dancers Fien Lanckriet, Marion Chérot, Anouk Raymaekers and Axel Remezo, he explores how bodies communicate without words. Their interplay is a tribute to human connection — from house to contemporary dance, from intimate movement to collective trance.
Zorbades | 7 – 7.15 pm and 8.30 – 8.45 pm
Zorbades brings a touch of Greece to the MAS. Their repertoire reflects all regions of Greece — each with its own dance style, rhythm, instruments and costumes. A perfect introduction to authentic Greek dance.

ZoukLab | 8.30 – 8.45 pm
ZoukLab brings the essence of Brazilian Zouk to life in a captivating performance. From traditional roots to modern styles, group and couple choreographies, improvisation and a mix of musical genres — they showcase the diversity of this expressive partner dance.

Nina Pérez and Compañía Al Andalus | 8.45 – 9 pm
