An exhibition that shows how these themes, even today, are not publicly accepted or accessible for everyone.

A cultural journey & conversation

Be introduced to the rich heritage of the Batak people of North Sumatra - their stories, traditions, symbols and way of life, and how these continue to evolve in today's world. And try your hand at Aksara Bata - their own writing system - during a hands-on cultural workshop.
