Reserve a ticket online

Step 1:

Go to the page 'Tickets & Rates'

If there is a temporary exhibition, you have to choose:

• book a ticket for the temporary exhibition + permanent collection
• book a ticket for the permanent collection (you don't have access to the temporary exhibition)

Step 2:

Click on a date and select an available time

Step 3:

Enter the number of tickets per price and add to shopping cart.

Step 4:

Click on “Continue” if you want to complete your order or click on “Continue shopping” if you want to buy another ticket

• If you have a discount code, fill it in here.
• Is your order completed? Then click on "Continue"
• If you want to buy another ticket, click "Continue shopping" and start again from step 2.

Step 5:

Log in and pay the tickets

• Have you ordered tickets before? If so, you already have an account. Log in with your account and pay for your tickets.
• If you don't have an account, click “Register” and set up a username and password. Enter your personal details and check “I agree with the terms and conditions”. In doing so, the museum follows the guidelines of the Belgian Security Council regarding Contact Tracing.

Step 6:

Once you are logged in, click on ‘Pay online with Ingenico’, after which you can make your payment.

Step 7:

You will receive an email with your tickets. You can also find them in My Profile. Click on “History and overviews” and go to the section, “My E-tickets”.
