Live wall painting

Three young artists took up the challenge to overhaul a complete wall. Inspired by the 'Instinct' exhibition, they came up with a design. You can see them live at work during the weekend.

Their design is based on the study of MAS collection pieces, extensive brainstorming sessions and several sketches. The refreshing result is a huge mural drawing, a masquerade in which hide and seek play a delightful game.

Bo Claeys
Bo (1997) is a student at LUCA School of Arts in Ghent. He is passionate about art, and is known for his abstract paintings.

Sara Van Dyck (Aras)
Making sculptures and drawings was always important to Sara (1988). She graduated as an illustrator from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts where she found new techniques and ways to express herself. With a lot of feeling for the absurd, humour and satire.

Maxim Van Cauwenberge
Maxim (1998) studies at LUCA School of Arts in Ghent and conveys his passion for brilliantly to his fellow “MAS in Jonge Handen” comrades. Photography is the basis for his drawings. It is a means for him to document things.
