Prices and offerings
- Evening event on a weekday (Tuesday - Friday): €6000
- Evening event on a Saturday: €6000 + 20%
We offer non-profit organisations a 50% discount.
Practical
- An evening event includes use of De Loods, entrance to the museum and the tower.
- The maximum capacity for an evening event is 250 people.
- Entry to the museum is included in the rental price.
The price of tour guides (not obligatory) is not included in the evening event fee:
- 65 euro per guide for a group of 15 people
- duration: about 90 minutes
Catering
Catering is not included in the evening event fee.
Practical
- The caterer of your choice must contact the Red Star Line Museum for a visit.
- You can also use the catering services of the bar concessionaire in De Loods. The bar concession was awarded in June 2013. We can provide more information about catering possibilities offered by the bar concessionaire in De Loods.
Availability
Evening events are possible from Tuesday to Saturday. They take place outside the opening hours of the museum. Evening events are not possible on Sundays, Mondays or holidays.
Practical
- Evening events are possible as of 1 November 2013.

Requests
You can take an option on a date for the organisation of an evening event in the Red Star Line Museum as of 1 May 2013.
Official requests can be submitted from six months to six weeks in advance using the appropriate request form (pdf). A definitive commitment is only established after the museum grants permission.
We will send you the regulations after your request is approved.
