Everyone should be able to easily use and view the information on the MAS website, not least the visually impaired, blind, hearing impaired, deaf and persons with other disabilities. The MAS strives to make it's website as accessible as possible, by 2022 at the latest. We do this in accordance with the EU directives and the Flemish Administration Decree.

Were you not or insufficiently assisted? The ombudswoman will handle your request once you have finished presenting your case to the city, i.e. when you have first submitted your issue to the city itself. She will handle your request independently and will offer mediation where possible.
